CHINESE AFFAIRS.
AN EXPEDITION ATTACKED
A SURVEYOR. KILLED

Renter's correspondent at Pekin reports that the Chinese. attacked Hazrah, a native surveyor in the 1 Indian .service, and Sowerby, interpreter, both belonging to a meteorological expedition which is under Lieutenant Clark, an American, near Lunchow. Hazrah was killed,, and the other members (if the expedition rescued Sowerby. NEW YORK, June 28. At the instance of the American Ambassador, the Board of Foreign Affairs held an enquiry and dismissed the Viceroy of Kansu.
