Sit- Edward -irey, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in an address at the National Liberal Club, said that there was nothing under discussion between Germany and Britain likely to cause difficulties. Sir Edward Drey added: —"The more I sco of the, relations between the Motherland and the' self-governing dominions, the ,vnore convinced I , ajn that fiscal liberty is:- essential for union." .
