Press Association-By Telegraph-Copyright BRISBANE, June 1. The ketch Envy, recently brought among her crew five Tobi islanders, whose return is demanded by the German New Guinea authorities. . So far Captain Strachan, of thft ketch, has refused to give them up. The German Government yacht Seestern is now waiting here for the natives.; The captain of the Envy wired to tho Federal Government:—■" Will the Government permit' the Germans to prevent me taking the men to Britain to : plead their , case, before, the Imperial Government?"Tho Federal Minister replied:— lt The Government see no other course but for the 'men to return to Tobi. No assistance can be given to delay the return of the ,men to: their homes.'.' :
