An authority; on Russia complains of the presence of anarchists in Australia, attracted by the freedom and the liberty they enjoy. He declares that several Terrorists of the worst kind are allowed to enter. When here they . appear to Jose their lntbits of defiance to authority. He alleges thatsome bombs recently used in Australia were the work of these Terrorists. The head of the Criminal Investigation Department is unaware of any dangerous anarchists in Australia. There might be political olfenders here, but provided they kept quiet, the Department had no means of knowing they were such, as there was no communication between the Victorian and Russian police. The Department knew nothing about the manufacture of bombs.
