QUEENSLAND'S "COLD DAY.'' Press Association-liy Telegraph-Copyright BIN SB AXE, May 28. Mr Kidston, addressing the Chamber of Commerce, said that if the smaller States did not secure an equitable financial arrangement with the Federal Government before 1910, it would be the coldest day for Queensland since securing responsible government. The Government would go forward till it if necessary he would refer the issue to the. electors.
