She will lead i":"> 00 tons of grain for Home ports. The C.F.C.A. are the local agents. The Kittawa left Grey-mouth on Thursday for Tiniaru, having !"3o.("X) feet of timber, rnd 25 tons of geueraJ cargo to land here. She should .be here to-morrow. The Waihora sailed last owning for Lytteltou, baring put out here coal and timber. At Lytteltou she a.- ill he docked for overhaul, and proceeds to Sydney and Newcastle for furth.-r loading orders. The Ivoonya arrived yesterday at noon, with 277 tons of general cargo to land. She loads produce i" r West Coast ports, and sails this evening. This vessel has been somewhat rie'ayed owing to shortage of trucks. The Tainui is due here on M-.mday from Lytteltou, a day earlier than was expected. She loads a lame quantity of grain and wool, and about 2-3.000 freight carcases of mutton and lamb, should get away for Gisborne en Tuesday evening. l'er Press Association. INVERCARGILL. May 2f*. Some anxiety has been felt for the safety of the s.s. Tnvercargill. which went down to the islands to bring back mutton-birders, and has been overdue. Advico was received to-niglifc that the Invercargill had been delayed by bad weather, but is all right, and was to leave Mutton Bird Island for Colac tonight.
