The Hoard of Trade, by an overwhelming majority, rescinded the resolution cabled on 14th re trade, within the empire. The speakers. urged adherence to the resolutions of the fifth and sixth congresses of the empire.
Received 10.00 p.m., May 20th. THE PRESS DELEGATES. OTTAWA, May 20. The Press delegates were .the guests of the civic authorities oi Ottawa, and flinched at Parliament buildings. Earl Orev entertained the delegates at (tinner in the evening, and everywhere the visitors met with ovations.
