PROPOSED PRESENTATION. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 14. At a preliminary meeting of citizens held to-night, it was decided to present Sir Joseph "Ward L with an illuminated address in a silver casket, as a mnrk of appreciation of his action in offering battleships to Britain.
