Subject to any necessary alterations mails will close as under: — For Northern ports of New Zealand, Monday, Wednesday and K-iday, at 12.50 p.m.; Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 3.30 p.m. For Temuka —6 a.m., 12.50 p.m., and 3.30 p.m. For Geraldine —6 a.m., 12.50 p.m., *nd 4 p.m. For Ashburton and Christchurch —6 i.m., 12.50 p.m., and 3.30 p.m. For Oamaru and Waimate —6 a.m., 10.30 a.m., and 3 p.m. For Dunedin —10.30 a.m., and 3 p.m. For Fairlie, ALbury, and Pleasant Point —3.15 p.m. daily, and on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, at 6 a.m. Late letters, bearing an additional Id stamp, can now be posted in box near mam entrance to railway station.
