The Committee of the Council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association having unanimously agreed that the majority of the centres having failed to reply to the circular letter of April ,20th, the Council resolve to hand over to the newly-appointed prcsidency of the Association all books, pa pons and balance of funds held by the Association, together with the certified bal-ance-sheet, upon the receipt of a letter indemnifying the members of the Council against any liability in connection wth the Assocaition, and that Mr Atack be authorised to take the necessary steps to carry this out.
