LONDON, April 29. Sir IT. Tozer, Agent-General, has suggested that the Imperial Government • should co-operate with Queensland in establishing a depot at the London docks for the inspection of emigrants, some of whom may possibly be aliens. The Earl of Crewe replied that the Government were unable to. do so. It would involve--a departure from the emigrants' information -officers' policy, which limited tlve giving' of information.
