Per Press "Association. \ WELLINGTON, April 28. At the Supremo Court, Charles Baker, whoso ease formed an interesting phase of the session of the Appelate Court last week, was sentenced to four years' imprisonment. Raker wrote to friends in Wnnganui giving them particulars as to the way to dynamite, safes. John Gordon Gooder, theft from the person, three months' iniprisonment; W. H. Doreen, nine, months' imprisonment; Alfred Doreen, six months' imprisonment for threo charges of theft'from a, dwelling at Napier; Herbert Barron, breaking and entering,' three months' imprisonment; William James Miles, for the theft of, trap and harness a'fc'Waverley, was admitted 'iho probation for two years, and/ ordered to make restitution.
