The " Morning' Post's" St. Petorsbu'rg correspondent says that 20,000 men will shortly be quartered at Azer- ' ban Jan.. Tho-' Shall offers the Tabriz revolutionaries an amnesty constituted in conformity with the sacred law. The revolutionaries are pressing for the restoration of the former Constitution.
Resolutions were carried ata mass meeting in Persia, demanding the resistance of the Russian invasion.
