COURT OF APPEAL.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 31. The Court of Appeal took the case of Charles Edward Matthews. This was a motion on hehalf of Matthews for readmission as a solicitor. There was no opposition on the part of the Law Socictv. The bench made an order that he should be at liberty to apply for reinstatement within two years and. further considering his character, readnnssion should be granted.
