THE AUCKLAND CASE. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, March 30. At the Police Court to-day, Joseph. Griffiths, about 80 years of age, wan charged that on March lath, h* feloniously killed and slew Benjamin C. Mores. ' ..' ,•': , '.',' r . Sub-Inspector Hendry; applied lor a. remand until Tuesday, in order to allow for the completion.of the inquest. Mr Lundon, who appeared for the accused, raised no objection, and the remand was granted accordingly.
