The grounds advanced were that important and difficult questions of law were involved and it was desirable that sliey should be decided by the Higher Court. In granting the motion His Honour said lie agreed with counsel as to the desirability of having all the Judges present when the case came up. He. would endeavour to expedite its hearing. Counsel for plaintiffs are instructed by Messrs Parr and Bloomfield, Auckland; Messrs Martin, Chapman and D. M. Findlay are retained for the defence. '
