NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Levels County Council held on the third, day of March, 1909, a Resolution was passed in the following terms: — : WHEREAS the Levels County Council raised a special loan under ■ the provisions of "The Local Bodies Loans Act 1908," secured by a special rate 'made over the whole District as specified hereunder in the Schedule: AND WHEREAS it is desired to pay the interest and sinking fund on the above loan out of its general fund so as to obviate the necessity for levying and collecting the special rate mentioned in the .Schedule.
