THE TIMARU HARBOUR BOARD invite tenders for the LEASE, for a Period of Twenty-one Years, from May Ist, 1909, of Section No. 19, Eraser Street, on the Reclamation, South of the Breakwater, Timaru, as shown on the "Timaru Harbour Board Hayes Street Plan No. 3" (November 4th, 1904). The reserved rent has been fixed by the Board at 10s per foot frontage, payable half-yearly. Cool Stores and Plant of ,the value of not less than £IOOO, to be erected within. 12 months from commencement of lease.
