Mr. Steyn, in an. address at Wyhdbury, referring .to the 'South African constitution, declared tliat the Orangians, perhaps 'from . pride, abstained from making a request, but the Con • yention unanimously agreed with Dr .7aineson's suggestion to restore the title ".Orange- Free ■•State.'" .
