. ADDRESS BY MR DILLON. FREE .CRITICISM OE T/IHE/RALS. 1 elej?ri)T)h—(""opvrigbi Received 4.15 p.m., 1* eb. 14th. LONDON, Eeb. 13. Mi- Dillon, in an address at Belfast, affirmed his reply to the criticism representing the Irish party as the Liberal Party tail, that there was very little cause for confidence in Mr Asquith. They all recognised that there had been a great change in the Liberal Party since Sir H. Campbell-Banner-man's death, and they, were waiting to see whether the imperial Rosberyite section or the Radical honest Home Rule section would prevail. Their relationship with the Liberal Party was now hanging in the, balance. They would know which it was going to be during the ensuing session, which would be a moinentous one. He warned Mr Asquith that if the Liberals entered upon a policy of imperialism and high exoenditure over the navy and put Home Rule on a back seat, the Trish party would irreconcilably oppose them.
