A Woman's Short Skirt League has been formed in London. The members hind themselves to wear dresses which will not sweep the iloors and pavements, and so gather up dust and microbes. In America they have a similar organisation called the five-Inch League. Every members is pledged to have at least live inches of clear space bet ween skirt and floor.
