In the grain market, the- enquiry for oats has slightly improved, hut' to d<( husin«6» lower rates have to be accepted. Prime milling to Is lid. good feed I.* Bsd to 1* lOd. inferior to medium Is 7d to-Ls Bd. The wheat market is quiet, due in port to light offerings'. Milling velvet is in special request, at 4s 4£d to 4s sd, medium milling and whole fowl «In at 4s 3d to 4s 4d. s Owing to the approach of tlie wool season, agents are endeavouring to clear stocks of oats remaining in fctote. and this, together with a flack demand, has led to a drop in valtws. Good feed liii-ii are now offering at Is. BJd. without finding hurers. In consequence of this decline. oatmeal has been reduced from £l2 to £lO 10s per. ton. '
