All available for return till 4;h November. TRAIN' ARRANGEMENTS : THURSDAY, 29th OCTOBER. The morning trains to Timarn front Asbburton and Fairlie will run at their usual times. The morning train from Oamaru to Timaiu will start at 7.55 a.m., and leave Studholme 9.20, Makikihi 9.47, St. An: drews 10.20, arriving Timaru 10.55 a.m. The 9.55 a.m. Waimate-Waihao Downs and the 11 a.m. Waibao Downs-Waimate trains will NOT run. Special trains taking passengeis, and stopping where required, will leave ■ Whi; mate tor Waibao Downs at 6.40 a.m., and 8.25 p.m., arriving at Waihao Downs 7.20 a.m., and 9.5 p.m., respectively (the 8.25 p.m. train connects at Waimate with the 5.50 p.m. train from Timaiu); a return train will leave Waihao Downs for Waimate at 7.40 a.m., arriving at Waimate at 8.20 a.m., connecting at Waimate with the 8.40 a.m. tra : n to Timaiu. A train will leave Waimate > for Studholme at 7.10 p.m., to connect with the's.so p.m. train from Timaiu, returning from Studholme to Waimate and Waihao Downs immediately passengers have transferred. The afternoon trains from Timaru will start as under:—For Ashburton 5.20 p.m., and leave Washdyke 5.37, Temuka 6.5, Winchester 6.23, Orari 6.40, arriving Ashburton 8.27 p.m.; for Fairlie at 5.35 p.m., and leave \\ ashdvke 5.53, Pleasant Point 6.35, Albury 7.4§, arriving at Fairlie at 8.40 p.m.; "for Oamaru and Waimate 5.50 .p.m... and leave St. Andrews .6.32, Makikihi 7.5, Studholme 7.43, arriving Oamaru 9.33 p.m. The morning trains from Ashburton and Fairlie, and the evening trains to Fairl"e and Asbburton will stop at tire Show Grounds platform. . Trains will leave Timaru for the Show Grounds at 11.5, 11.50 a.m., 12.15, 12.40, 1.3, 1.45. and 2.15 p.m., returning at 2.35, 3.10, 3.42, 4.7, 4.32, 4.57, 5.27, and 5.57 p.m.. Return fates by theise trains only, including admission to the Show Grounds, Is 6d; single fares, Sbow Grounds to Timaru 6d. Return tickets to' the Show Grounds will be issued at Washdyke by the morning trains, available for day of issue only, fare 6d. Ordinary or Kxcuieion tickets will not be available for the Trains between Timaru and the Show Grounds. The morning trains from Ashburton and Oamaru to Timaru, and the evening trains from Timaru to Asbburton and Oamaru will not work goods or livestock traffic. A special goods train leave's Ashburton for Timaru at 5.35 a.m., and arrives Timaru 9.5 a.m., returning from Timaru a£"8.30 p.m., and arriving Ashburton 11.55 p. in. A special goods train also leaves Oamaru for Timaru at 6.30 a.m.. arriving Timaru 9.50 a.m., returning at 8.15. p.m., and arriving Oamaru 11.55 p.m. All Goods and livestock traffic, including exhibits to and from the Show must be forwarded by these -train*. . On 29th October, Goods traffic in the Timaru District will be snsiw-ndrd, except for. perishable Goods and livestock. The Timaru Goods- Shed will l>e closed from noon. BY ORDER.
