Tourists tell. many, thrilling experiences during the foundering, of the steam yacht Argonaut, aft«-r a collision with the collier Kirgsweli during a fog in the channel. An appalling disaster, was only narrowly averted by the proximity of rescuing veyels and the full provision of boats aboard ihe Argonaut. Splendid d'seipline was maintained, and the crow and passengers showed great coolness. It was fortunate- that the collision occurred in the daytime. The Argonaut's passengers, including fifty ladies, were breakfasting when the collision occurred. They were instantly transferred to the boars. As <he Argonaut foundered within twenty nr mites, the passengers wete taken on board the Kingswell, which had tfi be beached owing to her injuries. Another vessel rescued the passengers, conveying them to Dover.
