Archbishop Carr, in an interview, said that he was much impressed by the Eucharistic Congress, and greatly Burprised at Mr Asquith's belated prohibition of the procession, though at first ho was inclined to think that, it would have leen well if the procession through the Itreets had been arranged on the lines finally taken The Archbishop attended -the Galway exhibition of products and manufactures, and remains in Ireland till the end of the year.
