"MOTHER GOOSE." MELBOURNE, July 23. The 'Mother Goose" action has commenced in the Supreme Court. It is a claim by the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, Company, Limited,, .as assignees of the authors, against Mr J. C. Williamson, claiming all profits made in Victoria from the performance of " Mother Goose,' or an alternative of. forty shillings for each performance; and an injunction' to restrain further .performances.
