THE COUNCIL'S CONDITIONS.

At the meeting of the Borough" Council. on Friday night the adoption o •• conditions" for electric wa* deferred until to-night. These - conditions" are to be attached to the forms of application for a supply ot electricity to be used by private consumers. The first of five printed foolscap pages is a form of requisition and agreement to be filled up and signed bv the consumer and forwarded to the iown Clerk.
