The Premier moved tlie second reading of the Incorporated Sock-ties Bill, designed 'o make more adequate provision for the 'incorporation, control, and dissolution of societies to which it related. The second reading was carried on the voices. On 'the Premier's motion the second reading of the Society of Accountants' Bill was agreed to. The Bill provides for the training arid examining of members of the Society, nut places no lestrictions on non-members and purmitt members of incorporated' so-, cieties outside the dominion t« be admitted without examination. The second reading of the Secret Commissions Bill was on the motion of the Premier agreed to. ■ The chief provisions are .'hat agents are not permi:ted to receive bribes fiom third ! persons, nor are the latter peimitted to give such bribes.
