LONDON, July 3. In the House of Lords, Lord Loreburn (the Chancellor) introduced a Bill increasing the number of colonial members of the Judicial' Committee of the Privy Council to seven, and giving the Court power to summon as assessors, judges and ex-judges of India and the autonomous colonies in appeals from those countries.
