PUBLIC NOTICE pursuant to ;i resolution of tlie Timaru Borough Council is hereby given that a PublicMeeting of the Electors will be held at ihe Council Chambers, George Street, Timaru, on MONDAY, the 29th day ot June 1908, at 7.30 to decide whether'or not a BLIND STREET leading, eastward from the East .side of Preston Street in the said Borough, and THOSE PORTIONS OF OXFORD AND REGENT STREETS described in the first schedule hereto shall oe wholly stopped and cease to be public highways -AinD also whether or not the course of PRESTON STREET shall be altered diverted or extended by adding thereto the land described in the second schedule hereto AND also whether or not. a new street be laid out to connect THOMAS Street to Preston Street by adding thereto ibe land described in the third schedule hereto AND NOTICE is hereby given that a plan and description of the said streets and portions of streets now open to public inspection at the office of the Timaru Borough Council, George Street, Timaru, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily, but on Saturdays between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. until o p.m. on the 29th day of J ; une 1908 (inclusive) and also at the time and place of the said Public Meeting.
