Arrangements "were being made for a second Empire match, and there were prospects of tlio Empire I being represented not only by the Mother Country, but by several units of the Dominion' Colonel Collins considers that New Zealand should be represented, and steps should be taken to induce the representatives of the Empire who visit Australia to extend their tour to New Zealand.
