WELLINGTON, May 22. Cabinet- to-day authorised the construction of a railway wharf at Nelson, -to provide 400 feet" of deep sea berthage. A tender of £5652 was accepted for additions to and rebuilding portions of Te Oranga Home at Christchurch; £SOO was authorised for the drainage of Rotorua, and £SOO for the Westport-Inangahua railway.
