" BRITAIN'S CERTAIN DISSOLUTION." THE COLONIES RESTIVE. Press Association-IJy Telecraph-Copyright Received 9.35 p.m.. May 14th. NEW YORK}, May 14. Cardinal Logue. on being interviewed at New York, eaid that he saw signs of Britain's certain dissolution. The colonics were restive; Australia to-day was practically independent, and the trend of her movement was more in the direction of absolute rebellion. New Zealand was indifferent. Canada was legislating in a manner showing a desire to conduct her bwsinws in her own way. The fires of rebellion were lighted in India, and men and women were hanged for daring -to advocate !he doctrine of never-dying freedom. When England sits- alone as a result of mbgovernment it will be the day of reckoning for the children of Ireland.
