CLKARIMJ SALE. The National Mortgage ami Agt-ney Co. of N.Z., Ltd.. report having held » clearing sale yesterday on account of Mr H. .Woftindin". Totara Valley, at which there was a large attendance of farmer:* from ourrounding districts*. Competition was very keen throughout the ."ale, and every lot "offered found a purchaser.
