, SYDNEY, March 28. The Chinese have, drafted*-a series of jesolutians for submission to a general meeting/of their counti-yiiien. They assert that the, action of the Japanese in regard to the Tafmi Maru incident is a violation «f treaty, rights, and the demand of the Japanese for an apology heaped an indignity up'cin" the Chinese nation which mutt be resented. „•„.". The resolutions are as followse— inafc this Association resolves' to withdraw alt ; support from the Japanese line of mail steamers in every way. and that all goods , imported and exported by Chines-; firms i shall be' carried. by' other "'line* of steamships trading to the Far East; that Chinese 'merchants' refuse to transact business of any description with Japanese merchants "in Sydney, and decline to handle any kinds of Japanese goods; that all Chinese merchants and traders in Sydney'and other parts of New South Wales shall be required to enter into a bond providing a penalty of-£SO for every breach of this agreement. , "
