Sir Felix .Nlmjler, speaking at a meeting of the Bankers' Institute, said that the world's financial condition was now on a sounder footing. Speculation had been largely eliminated, the business outlook was not unpromising, and international aspects were much brighter than tbey had bteu for yeais pest.
