ANDREWS STOCK SALE. There was a fair yarding of sheep and cattle: at the St. Andrews sale on Friday. The following prices were realised:—Fat steers, £8 7<s 6d to £9; fat heifers to £5 ss, fat cow £3 6s, springing heifers £2 15s to £4 &, springing cows £3 to £4 lOs, dry heifers 24s to £2 7s, bull 37s 6d. Ewes and lambs (all counted) 9s 4d, fat ewes 14s to 19s .3d, hoggets in. wool; 16s 4d. . CAIN'S TERRACE ROOMS. G. P. The Canterbury Farmers' Co-operative Association, Limited, report oil the horse market at Tattersall's yards on Saturday, ess follows: The yarding comprised 24 draught, light harness and hackney horses, included in which were- some exceptionally good, youug draughts and light harness horses. Bidding was very slow under the hammer, and sales hard to effect. Prices realised were as follows—Draughts young, with trials, £3O, £32. £34 "lOs to £36, light harnres sorts, £l2. £l3 to £ls. Hackneys, and weedy sorts were v-.'ry slow of sale. PROPERTY SALES. At their saleroom? on Saturday, the Canterbury Farmers' Co-operative Association, Limited, offered for sale on account of Mr D. Ennis the goodwill of 6 acres. Li!p., and 7 acres riverbed leasehold, at Orakipaoa Settlement. Milford. There was a fair attendance of buyers, butbidding was dull, and commencing at £l5O, tl»e price rose to £175, at which " figure the property was passed in unsold. The auctioneer stated, that there \r.v> a reserve of something over £2OO for the goodwill.
