Ha estimated the. revenue of'the current year at £4,447,404. Railway rates and fares would be reduced this'year to the extent of £100,000; till? exemption from iucoiTis tax would be raised to £2OO, while the tax on income from property would be reduced from Is to 9d. The Estimated expenditure for the current year is £4,440,300..
