Press A'ssociafcion-By Telegraph-Copyright HOLDS FULL OF WATER. LONDON, September 16. The first and ijecond holds of the steamer Paetrolus, which went ashore on the coast of Devon, are full of water. The work of discharging the cargo has begun. BUNKERS ON FIRE. NEWCASTLE, September 17. Ths steamer Oceana, which liss arrived from British Columbia, reports that a fire amongst the coal in the port bunkers has been smouldering since August ICth. The bunkers were kept battened down, and the flamc-13 were extinguished on the steamer's arrival. .
