The expenses of working, plant, allowance for rent, r.surance, other charges, and depreciation, have been calculated to amount to £l3uS, leaving a balance of £436 3s. 4d. The proposed Company will also be empowered to enter into such contracts as 'may be necessary or expedient for the successful conduct of the business, cither in the way of reducing charges for Storage or contrac . ting for supplies of pigs for Bacon Curing, at current rates throughout the year and at any time altering its charges for Bacon cured. . Th? proposed Company will have power to make a substantial rebate to Shareholders who are customers. No Shareholder snail be qualified to act as a. Director unless he shall be the holder of not less than twenty five shares in the Company, and a Directors fee shall not exceed the sum of One Guinea, exclusive of travelling expenses, for each, meeting at which such Director shall be present.
