The Archbishop of Canterbury, has intimated that the Lambeth Conference will assemble on July 6th, 1908, and conclude on August sth, with a fortnight's interval, to enable the -committtees to deliberate. The " Times' r ' St. Petersburg correspondent referring to to-day's meeting of the Czar and Kaiser at Swinemuncle a,nd a simultaneous Conference between Prince Von Beulow and M. Ivoliski, the Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs, declarets that Austrian diplomacy is trying to create, n new Dreikaiserbund, aiming at monopoly of influence in the near east.
