TIMARU—WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19th. (Before Mr. C. A. Wray, S.M. DESERTION. Reginald G- F. Blackwell, was charged with," on February 14th, 1905, deserting from H.M.S. Challenger at Port qlialmers. He pleaded guilty. Sub-Inspector Green said the Challenger was not at present in New Zealand waters. He asked for a week's remand to see what vessel -accused could be sent' to. A. R. Allan, claim £3O 10s 6d for rent, with costs £2 4s.
