.' Per Press Association. PAEMEIISTON NORTH, Junp 17. At the SuiH'eme Court, Frederick Thorn - son, bootmaker, Feilding, was awarded £2O damages, and cu'Jis on the lowest scale, against Freda C. McGarry, nee Parsons, of Eketaliuna for breach of promise of marriage. Plaintiff claimed £2OO and received lie net loss on the furniture purchased in anticipation of his marriage.
