EATING HUMAN FLESH. Pi ess Association-Bv Telegraph-Copyright Received 12.10 p.m., June 14th. PEKIN, June 14. Famine-stricken Chinese in many localities are eating human flesh. 'Some rice is being distributed to'townspeople, but those in the: country are. left to starve. Chinese robber bands in Upper Tcnking were driven to kill several captives when foodless. Many women and children were liberated. They narrate horrible scenes: of butchery among the cannibals.
