The telephone exchange, Timaru, will be open a3 usual. Sub exchanges closed. All country telegraph and telephone offices will be open on Monday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. only, and all post office? will give a delivery of correspondence on Saturday, Ist June, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. W.
