Albert Bui-ridge, a boy, found guilty of indecent assault on -a girl, was admitted to probation for two years. His Honour said the lad deserved punishment, but he Was too old to be sent- to a reformatory, and to send the boy to gaol would destroy his life's prospects. In Divorce Court, a decree nisi was o-ranted in the case of Elizabeth Evans v. Ralph John Evans. In the case of Walter Samuel Best v. Helen Best, an order was made for the restitution of conjugal rights, Annie Ross was granted a decree nisi a,gainst George Ross, and a similar order was ma.de>' in the case of Catherine Amelia Scotland Smith v. John Scotland Smith. In the case of Herbert Henton v. Jessie Henton, an oroer was rnri'le for the restitution of conjugal rights.
