United Press Association —Per Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SEDDON MEMORIAL. MELBOURNE, May 3. An interesting ceremony took place at the Newport railway workshops to-day when a handsome marble tablet, subscribed for by the workmen in the shops in memory of the late Right Hon. R, J. S'eddon, was presented to Mr C. H. Mills, ex-Minister. The tablet will probablv be erected in some public building at Wellington.
