NOTICE OF MAKING BY-LAW; Hereby Given thait;o a J3l 5 Tf of i Geraldine l uCbuiity Council make (by way of special order), a By-law under "The Counties Act, 1886," and the Acts amending the same, and " The Public Works Act, 1905,"; and all powers and authorities thereunto in that behalf it enabling the object and purport of which By-law are to repeal the By-laws heretofore made by the Council of the Geraldine County referring *to Traction Engines and Heavy Traffic and now ia v force in the said Comity, and to make other provision, with regard to the, said matters and therein in particular:— (1) Providing that the By-law shall be in force in the whole of the) Geraldjne County..
