SYDNEY, June 30 v Mr Suttor, commercial agent in the East, says that Australians are popular m the East because they are under the British flag, but-Australian legislation and practices are not popular. A merchant prince informed him Australians only obtain a small part of the trade they might dojunder different circumstances. They should at least grant facilities to Eastern merchants to visit Australia, but if they were going to pursue' their policy' of restriction they must not be surprised if China boycotted the Australian goods.- i"
