A pleasant little ceremony took place in the Salisbury 'School on Thursday afternoon, when the pupils met together for the purpose of bidding good-bye and making a presentation to their teacher, Miss E. Campbell, on the occasion of her marriage: The'presentation took-the form of a handsome, silver teapot, suitably inscribed; a pair of silver photo, frames, and two pictures. Probate of the will of the late Premier was granted yesterday by the Chief Justice to the widow and the eldest daughter, Mrs Bean. The will directs that Mrs Seddon shall have a life interest in the property, which, on her death, is to be placed on - trust for all the children in equal -shares. The illuminated addresses and jewellery are left to the widow's discretion. The will, which was drawn up by tie late Premier himself, was signed «n December 26th, 1900. in the presence of Sir Joseph Ward and Mr T. H. Hamer. The value of the estate is not stated.
